County Group Acquires Noida Land for Luxury Project

Noida folks, kitna invest karna hai aur kahan karna hai, that's always the question, right? Well, County Group just dropped some serious cash – Rs 473 crore! – to snag 5 acres in Sector 151. They're talking a low-density luxury project, only 226 units. Location is prime: right on the Noida Expressway, close to the upcoming Noida International Airport, and get this, near the planned TCS campus.
