Yaar, County Group ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Sector 115 mein project hai but video keh raha hai unconfirmed? Matlab pehle booking le lenge phir 'upcoming' bolke phasa denge. Inka track record toh theek nahi hai, especially delays ke maamle mein. Bahut risky lag raha hai.
