Did a site visit to County last weekend and honestly, it's tough figuring out actual quality during construction. My tip: always check for exposed plumbing and wiring routes, not just the finished show flat. Also, ask about the brand of cement and steel used. Don't just trust the plaster, you know? Fed up of renting, trying to get my EMI vs rent math right. Hope this helps someone.

Totally agree with the post! This is exactly what I'm worried about. The show flats are always so misleading. EMI vs rent is a real headache, especially with current rates.
