Bhai, these 'ready-to-move' tags are just marketing. Builders always find ways to squeeze money. County ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ2369 hai, but that doesn't guarantee transparency on everything. Be very careful with the fine print for maintenance contracts and society charges.

While caution is good, County has been around since 2018. Most of the initial hiccups should be sorted by now. The total units are 1424, so it's a large, established community. They should have a well-functioning RWA to handle these things.

Yeah, my cousin bought in Alistonia Estate and got hit with a huge 'corpus fund' payment right before possession that wasn't properly disclosed. Builders play these games. For County, demand a full ledger from the society office, not the builder sales team.
