CPA Homes residents: What are your actual monthly expenses?

Honestly, I'm frustrated with CPA Homes' hidden charges after possession. Maintenance costs quoted were way less. Kids ke school bhi dekhna hai. Kya ye hidden costs normal hain?

Yaar, I completely agree with the original post! CPA Homes ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. I was considering them for a 2BHK but these hidden charges are a huge red flag. Kids ke school ka kharcha already itna hai, upar se yeh sab. Is this normal for other projects too?

U1, yes, it's becoming quite common. Builders often low-ball maintenance estimates. For my project in Ajayabpur, they quoted ₹2.5/sq
