CRC Joyous: Livability vs. price jump?

Is CRC Joyous actually good for daily living, ya bas brochure mein achha lagta hai? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Price ₹1.32 Cr–₹2.26 Cr seems high. Are the amenities like clubhouse and gym genuinely useful, or just for show? Want to know if the premium is justified for a family.
