CRC Joyous site visit — brochure vs reality

Did a site visit to CRC Joyous on Saturday and honestly, brochure mein sab kuch accha lagta hai. My wife aur main apne kids ke liye bigger flat dekh rahe hain, so 3BHK is a must. But I'm really wondering, is it genuinely good to live in daily? Yaar, brochures mein amenities kaafi dikhate hain, but real use kitna hota hai? Like, clubhouse, pool, kids play area... are they well-maintained aur actually functional? Ek tip jo maine seekhi hai, society ke guards se ya nearby shopkeepers se baat karna for real info, not just sales guys. My main concern is neighbourhood quality for the kids – nearby schools, hospitals ka kya scene hai? And society vibe friendly hai ya isolated? Any current residents who can share their honest experience? We want a home jahaan family settle ho sake.
