CRC Joyous ya Amrapali Sapphire for NRI investment?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an investment property in Greater Noida. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections easily. I'm looking at CRC Joyous (ongoing) and Amrapali Sapphire (completed). Kya lagta hai, CRC Joyous mein possession ka risk kitna hai from abroad? Should I just go for Amrapali Sapphire for less hassle? Which project offers better 5-year appreciation potential, considering I'll need a property manager for rentals? Any thoughts on their total cost of ownership or rental yield?

But Amrapali ka track record ka kya? Sapphire toh completed hai, but builder ka reputation toh pehle se kharab hai. Kya lagta hai uska appreciation potential CRC se better hoga, considering the past issues? Greater Noida mein ye risk lena theek hai?
Amrapali Sapphire completed hai, toh builder ke past issues ka direct impact abhi nahi hoga. Appreciation potential location pe zyada depend karta hai, and Sapphire is in a good spot. CRC Joyous
Totally agree with U1. NRI ke liye hassle-free investment best hai. Mera budget bhi 1.2 Cr ke around hai, toh Amrapali Sapphire seems more practical. Kya lagta hai, usmein rental income better hoga?
Bhai, NRI ho toh CRC Joyous mein 2027 tak wait karna bahut risky lag raha hai. Possession ka kya bharosa? Amrapali Sapphire, completed hai toh at least peace of mind rahega.
