CRC Joyous ya Amrapali Sapphire for NRI investment?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an investment property in Greater Noida. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections easily. I'm looking at CRC Joyous (ongoing) and Amrapali Sapphire (completed). Kya lagta hai, CRC Joyous mein possession ka risk kitna hai from abroad? Should I just go for Amrapali Sapphire for less hassle? Which project offers better 5-year appreciation potential, considering I'll need a property manager for rentals? Any thoughts on their total cost of ownership or rental yield?
