₹7.11 Cr minimum for a 3BHK at CRC Peridona C 1 Jaypee Greens – yeh price point sahi hai kya? Humari family badh rahi hai, so we’re looking for a bigger, safer flat. Site visit kiya tha last month, amenities achhe dikhe on brochure but I’m wondering if daily living wahan par practical hai for a family with young kids. My main concern is livability. Kids ke school admissions ka bhi tension hai, so neighbourhood mein good schools aur hospitals kitne paas mein hain? Wife ke liye apartment layout bahut important hai, carpet area use-able lag raha hai kya? Itni investment kar rahe hain, we need to know if it’s genuinely a good home, not just good on paper. Koi wahan rehta hai, unka experience kaisa hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, safe hai bachchon ke liye? Kya lagta hai aap logon ko?

Dekho, CRC Peridona is in Jaypee Greens, which is a good area no doubt, but 7.1 Cr for an ongoing project with possession in 2030 is a long shot. I almost booked a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida a few years back, similar situation, builder delays made my life hell. RERA number UPRERAPRJ298067/05/2025 shows it's registered till 2025, but 2030 possession date is still quite far. Have you checked the builder's past projects for delivery track record? That's super important with such a long timeline.

Bhai, 7.11 Cr for a 3BHK is a huge amount, especially for first-time buyers like us. I also visited Peridona, amenities looked good but the price point made me step back. Livability for kids is my main concern too, especially with the possession date so far off in 2030. Kya lagta hai, itna wait worth it hoga?
Worth it? Only if you have that kind of patience and risk appetite. I don't.
U2, you're right, the wait till 2030 is a big deal. Inflation aur builder delays ka risk toh hamesha rehta hai. But then again, a premium location like Jaypee Greens might appreciate well. It's a tough call, the price is definitely high for an under-construction.
