CRC Peridona: High-end, but what's the catch?

Noida Extension – CRC The Peridona C 1 Jaypee Greens mein interest hai. Fed up of renting now, so equity build karna hai. This project looks good on paper, but construction progress ka kya scene hai? Builder ka past track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? I heard some stories about delays in other projects, not sure if it's true for CRC too. Also, iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, will it be easy to find a buyer at a good appreciation? Considering the high price point (₹7 Cr+), I'm worried about finding enough buyers later.
