CRC Peridona: What's the real carpet area story?

Is CRC The Peridona's carpet area efficiency actually as good as they claim, ya fir super area ka hi game hai? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different. I know what builders don't tell you about usable space. For a project at ₹7 Cr+, I'm looking for genuine carpet area, not just brochure figures. Kya actual floor plan practical hai daily living ke liye, especially for families with kids? Or is it all just fancy on paper with weird corners and wasted space? Neighbourhood quality matters. Good schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain from the project? And what about the noise levels and air quality wahan? I'm cutting through the marketing spin for real ground truth. Change my mind.
