GH7 ka total units 2050 hain, itna bada project, delays toh honge hi. Iss price range (₹72 L – ₹98 L) mein aur options dekh lo, especially if timely delivery is a priority for your ROI. Sirf future potential pe mat jao, builder ka track record pehle dekho.

Worth toh tab hoga jab time pe mile. Mere friend ne ek aur project mein book kiya tha in Ghaziabad only, 2 saal late mila possession. Builder ne toh bas RERA ki formal compliance dikha di, actual penalty kuch nahi bhari. Hum jaise first-time buyers hi phaste hain.
Mujhe bhi yahi tension hai yaar. Crossings GH7 ka possession date 2026-04-30 dikha raha hai, but is builder pe kaise trust karein? Ghaziabad mein kaafi projects late hue hain, aur ye ₹72 L – ₹98 L ki investment hai, koi chhota-mota deal nahi. Timely delivery hi ROI ka base hai.
