Did a site visit to Crossings GH7 last weekend and honestly, I'm pretty confused about the actual resale value there. Landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge, but this market feels weird. Builder sales folks painted a rosy picture of quick capital appreciation, but I'm hearing mixed things on the ground. What's the real rental yield like? And is there even an active secondary market for these flats? Don't want my investment stuck. What have actual owners experienced with selling or renting out?

Hey U1, I checked the RERA info for GH7 and it says 'Status: null'. What does that even mean? Is it under construction or what?
Totally feel you, U1! Builders always show the moon. I'm also a first-time buyer and this resale thing is my biggest fear.
