Crossings Republik commute: Overhyped convenience?

₹28,000 rent for this tiny 2BHK, I'm done. Finally buying in Ghaziabad. Crossings Republik, especially Nai Basti Dundahera, kaafi dekha. Brochures toh great hain. But actual commute time kitna hai? Traffic issues kitne hain? Koi hidden infrastructure problems jo builders nahi batate? EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai.
