Crossings Republik: My price tag doubts

₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Crossings Republik? Honestly, I'm in real estate, so I know the game, but for my own family, I think these prices are totally inflated. Everyone glorifies the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and metro connectivity, but nobody talks about the actual daily grind. Ground reality pe, traffic ka kya haal hai around here, especially peak hours? Is it a total nightmare to get anywhere? And water supply ka kya scene hai? Reliable municipal connection ya constant tanker calls aur borewell pe depend hona padta hai? Builders sell a dream of future appreciation, but the actual resident life sounds like a constant battle with basic civic issues. I'm not convinced the long-term ROI justifies this current price tag. Change my mind if you actually live there.
