CS Flamingo Floors, huh? I looked at a project nearby, just off Airport Road (Gurgaon side) last year. Market conditions are crazy right now, prices aren't coming down. For 2.4 Cr, you're getting into a premium segment. With only 8 units, maintenance can actually be higher per unit, as fixed costs divide among fewer people. Plus, reselling might be tough later if it's too niche.

Exactly! Elevators for seniors is a huge point. My dadi had issues in our old building. Vibe bhi matter karta hai, especially if it's a small society.
Bhai, 2.4 Cr for just 8 units? That sounds super exclusive, but also a bit risky. RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai, which is a red flag for me, especially for a completed project. Have you checked the builder's past record?
