Exactly! Mohali mein itne high-value property ka resale market thoda tough ho sakta hai, unless it's a super prime location. Capital appreciation bhi slow hi rehti hai usually for completed luxury projects, especially for first-time investors like us. Exit strategy pe bhi pehle hi research kar lena.
Bhai, RERA Not Applicable for a 'completed' project sounds fishy to me. Mohali mein ₹3.10 Cr is a big amount. CS Infrabuild ka track record bhi kuch khaas nahi suna, especially delivery delays ke liye. Bohot dhyan se invest karna padega.
