Is this Chandigarh market price hike for 2026 even real, yaaron? I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in a 2BHK, maybe around ₹80-90L, but the current rates feel a bit unrealistic. I hear about sectors like Zirakpur and Mohali booming, but is that just builder talk or actual end-user demand? Builders like Omaxe and JLPL ke projects mein kya actual ground reality hai? I'm trying to figure out if I'll see good ROI by 2026, especially with New Chandigarh's master plan and PR-7 Airport Road. Can't do a site inspection myself, so totally dependent on community insights. Which areas do you genuinely believe will give maximum appreciation in the next couple of years?
