Current Ghaziabad prices just aren't sustainable

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices in Ghaziabad. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe in Indirapuram or Crossings Republik. But the prices for a 3BHK (₹90L-₹1.2Cr) just seem too high right now, especially for 2026 predictions. Is this current price rise even sustainable? I'm already on a home loan, and don't want to get stuck with something that won't appreciate. Are we due for a correction, or will RRTS and EPE keep pushing things up? What are people actually expecting for price movements in 2026?
