Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed researching properties in Gurgaon, especially around Cyber City. My office is right there, so I was looking at options in DLF Phase 3 or nearby. But I'm hearing so many mixed things about hidden risks. Has anyone faced issues with old construction quality ya maintenance charges bahut high hain for older societies? Yaar, waterlogging ka bhi sunte rehte hain during monsoons, is that a real concern in some areas there? Aur ye leasehold property ka kya scene hai? Is it a big headache later on?
