Sab infra changes ke peeche mat bhaago. Main Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek flat booking ka soch raha tha. Builders ne jo promises kiye the, abhi tak poore nahi hue. Connectivity improved hai, no doubt, but quality of life ka kya? Traffic ab bhi nightmare hai aur basic amenities ka haal kharab hai. Kya sirf connectivity se value badh jaati hai?

U4, quality of life toh true hai. Builders sirf brochure mein sab dikhate hain. Mera cousin Badshahpur mein ek project mein phasa hua hai, possession date 2 saal se extend ho rahi hai. Infra improvements ka fayda tab hai jab builder bhi deliver kare.
Haan bhai, Sunil bilkul sahi keh raha hai! Cyber City ke aas paas ka area pehle itna expensive nahi tha, but ab metro ki wajah se connectivity badhi hai toh rates sky high ho gaye hain. Especially DLF Phase 3 mein toh entry level flats bhi budget ke bahar ja rahe hain. Kya lagta hai, yeh prices sustainable hain?
U1, sustainable ki baat mat karo, yeh toh Gurugram hai! Main khud Udyog Vihar mein 2 saal pehle ek plot dekh raha tha, tab Rs 60k/sqyd tha. Abhi pichle hafte enquire kiya, Rs 90k/sqyd bol rahe hain! Sirf metro extension aur flyover ka asar hai. RERA data bhi yahi dikha raha hai ki property values around the new infra corridors have jumped 20-30%.
Sustainable toh pata nahi, but demand bahut hai. Sabko Cyber Hub ke paas hi rehna hai, isliye rates upar ja rahe hain.
