Cyber City living: Is it really worth the hassle?

3 years working in Gurugram, and everyone glorifies Cyber City's vibe. But honestly, the daily commute is a nightmare. I work in real estate, I see the glossy brochures, but nobody talks about the actual 2-hour jams to cover 5 km. PLC on a fancy office means nothing if you're stuck on Golf Course Road every single day. For investors, maybe it's great, but for actually living there? Infrastructure can't keep up. Utilities are stretched. Is it even worth the premium for a 2BHK? Change my mind. Tell me I'm wrong.
