CyberHub proximity: The daily commute struggle is real, isn't it?

Is living near CyberHub actually worth the daily commute pain, ya phir it's just hype for the 'address'? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Cyber City. Everyone talks about the lifestyle, but nobody talks about the real struggle. Metro connectivity is okay, but last-mile ka kya scene hai? Peak hour traffic toh nightmare hai. Parking ka bhi issue rehta hai, right? I mean, for that premium, shouldn't daily life be smoother? Change my mind.
