CyberHub mein water supply aur power cuts ka kya haal hai? I'm in Dubai, can't visit. Maintenance charges kitne hain? Rental property manage karna kitna difficult hai?

Yaar, CyberHub sounds fancy but main bhi suna hai ki power cuts ka issue rehta hai. NRI ke liye toh aur headache hoga manage karna, especially if you're not here. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high hote hain wahan ke projects ke, suna hai. My budget is tight, so every rupee counts.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend wahan rehta hai, inverter pe hi chal raha hai uska ghar adhe time. Infra issues are real.
