Just moved into Czar Mahira Homes 63A last month and honestly, I'm a bit shocked. Brochure mein jo total cost dikhayi thi, it's not matching up. Possession ke time pata chala there are so many hidden charges, especially for basic things like parking PLC jo pehle mention hi nahi kiya. Builder ne bataya nahi tha clearly. Maintenance charges bhi promised se higher hain, they're demanding ₹3.5/sqft now. Matlab, it's a significant jump. Anyone else in Czar Mahira Homes faced this? Kya kiya aapne?

U8, woh Airport Road wala project I think U3 ne mention kiya tha woh us time ka hai jab rates thode kam the. Ab toh Airport Road pe prices sky-high hain. Builders cash kar rahe hain connectivity ka. Hidden charges toh ab har project ka part ban gaye hain, especially affordable segment mein.
