Dadri Road buyers: Hidden charges caught you too?

The 'all-inclusive' pricing on Dadri Road is a total scam. Just got possession in Baraula last month, and they completely hid the PLC charges and RWA setup costs. My budget is blown. Honestly, not sure if this area is even worth it now with these hidden fees. Did anyone else face this? What did you do?
