Exactly! Sirf marketing hype lagta hai. Builder ka track record bhi dekhna chahiye.
Bhai, amenities pe itna focus mat karo. Builder ne jab bola tha possession 2017 mein ho jayega, tab bhi sab ne believe kiya tha. Daniya Azad Residency ka naam sunte hi mujhe to sirf delays yaad aate hain. Clubhouse ban bhi gaya hoga toh maintain kaun karega? Aur resale value toh location aur construction quality pe depend karti hai, not just fancy amenities.
Totally feel you on the rent hike! Happened to me last year. Daniya Azad Residency ka location toh achha hai, especially if you consider connectivity to Alpha I Greater Noida. Amenities ka toh pata nahi, but good security is a must in today's time. Kya aapne site visit kiya hai?
