Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Daniya Azad Residency ka green areas kaisa hai? Brochure mein open space dikhta hai, but real mein kitna milta hai? Ya bas cramped towers hi hain?

U4, I visited Daniya Azad Residency a few months ago. The green space is decent, not huge like the brochure, but manageable for residents. There's a small park and some landscaping around the towers. They completed it in 2017, so everything is mature now. Total units 50 hain, toh crowded bhi nahi lagta, which helps maintain the 'open' feel to some extent.
U7, currently Daniya Azad Residency mein prices are ₹2.6 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr. For a 2BHK, you're looking at the lower end but still quite high for first-time buyers like us. Maintenance charges bhi add honge, which U6 rightly pointed out, can be a headache if not managed well by the RWA.
Maintenance is key. Also, what's the current price range for a 2BHK there? My budget is tight, trying to stay below 2.5 Cr if possible.
U5, manageable is the word, but is it maintained properly? That's the real question. Mere cousin ne Alistonia Estate mein liya tha, initial green space achha tha but maintenance became a nightmare. Builder ne handover ke baad RWA ko funds cut kar diye aur ab woh jagah jungle ban gayi hai. Daniya Azad ka maintenance record kaisa hai? Is the RWA proactive?
Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Daniya Azad Residency ka green areas kaisa hai? Brochure mein open space dikhta hai, but real mein kitna milta hai? Ya bas cramped towers hi hain? I've been eyeing it for a while but these builder promises always make me nervous. Is it worth the hype, or just another concrete jungle with a fancy name? Please share your real experiences, I really need some genuine advice before I even think about visiting.
Exactly! So, does anyone know actual sq ft of usable green space, ya bas small patches hain that no one really uses?
U2 is absolutely right! My friend booked a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida a few years back, and the green space they showed in the brochure was like a national park. In reality, it's barely a glorified lawn. They cut corners everywhere. So, Daniya Azad mein bhi yahi scene hai kya? I'm also looking for a project with genuine open spaces, not just a few potted plants.
Bhai, brochure pics toh sab builders ki aisi hi hoti hain. Reality mein kuch aur hi hota hai. Expectation vs reality, hamesha loss hi hota hai buyers ka.
