Did a site visit to Daniya Azad Residency on Saturday, and honestly, the project looks decent. But I'm feeling nervous about the legal side. My parents keep saying RERA check karna bahut zaroori hai. How do you guys actually verify RERA registration details beyond just the website? Are there any specific red flags to look for? Also, builder ka legal track record kaise check karte hain, like for Lotus Group type builders? And what about title verification? I had no idea about that. Is it something I can do myself or need a lawyer for? Sach mein samajh nahi aa raha.
