Daniya Azad Residency mein security ke naam pe bas formality hai, isn't it? Just moved into my 2BHK, and honestly, the 'advanced security systems' brochure mein hi achhe lagte hain. Visitor management bilkul loose hai, aur guard quality toh average se bhi neeche. As an investor, I'm worried about tenant attraction and future resale value. Log premium pay karte hain security ke liye, but yahan toh it's just a joke. Maintenance charges high hain, but services zero. Are all Greater Noida projects like this? Change my mind.
