The resale market for completed projects in Noida feels so unpredictable right now. I'm eyeing Daniya Azad Residency for investment, it's completed, around ₹2.5 Cr. My biggest worry is the actual resale potential and capital appreciation. Has anyone invested here? What's the real appreciation been since launch? I hear the builder had some delays on other projects, not sure if that impacts its current liquidity. Is it tough to find buyers for these high-value flats?

Totally agree with what's being said. My agent also confirmed this. High value flats are not moving fast unless it's a prime
Haan bhai, sahi keh rahe ho. My cousin also looked at Daniya Azad Residency. The appreciation has been minimal, maybe 10-15% over 6-7 years, which is not great for real estate. Finding buyers is tough because there are so many options in Noida Extension and Greater Noida now at better price points for similar sizes. Builders with past delays always make people nervous for future dealings.
