Haan, location wise it's good for connectivity, near the Expressway. But I know someone who bought there, they faced delays initially even with the 2018 possession date. The 478 units are mostly occupied now, but maintenance is a big issue. ₹1.7 Cr for a 2018 project? I'd rather look at newer projects coming up in Alpha I, or even resale in established societies in Sector 76.
