Sector 152 and Dasnac... I'm fed up of renting and finally bought a place. Possession was promised last year. Still waiting! My EMI vs rent math is totally screwed now. Anyone else facing crazy delays with Dasnac projects? What did you do? Honestly not sure what steps to take now.

This is a cautionary tale for all potential buyers in Noida. Always do your research!
OP, what steps are you planning to take now? Let us know so we can all learn from your experience.
Ultimately, these delays highlight the risks involved in investing in under-construction projects. Maybe resale is a safer option.
Has anyone explored forming a buyer's association to collectively address this issue with Dasnac? Strength in numbers!
I heard a rumour that Dasnac is trying to get a bailout from the government. Koi idea hai iske baare mein?
Don't just sit and wait. Keep following up with the builder relentlessly. Show them you're serious.
Maybe try reaching out to other buyers in the same project and see if you can file a joint complaint with RERA?
What's the latest promised possession date? Did they give you anything in writing?
Honestly, with the current market conditions and rising property rates, even a delayed possession might still be worth it in the long run. Sector 152 has potential.
Project is Dasnac Burj Noida. RERA registered, but that doesn't seem to matter much right now.
Burj Noida... I've heard that's facing some serious financial issues. Maybe that's contributing to the delay.
Check the builder's financial statements. Publicly available hote hain. Might give you some insight.
Sector 152 mein toh abhi infra bhi pura nahi hai. Metro connectivity kab tak aayegi?
Metro toh 2026 tak expect karo. Abhi toh sirf talks chal rahi hai.
Exactly! And the approach road is still under construction. It's a mess!
I'm considering investing in Noida. Is this delay issue common across all builders? Should I just stick to renting?
Not all, but it's definitely prevalent. Do your due diligence and research the builder thoroughly. Look at their past projects.
Noida Extension mein particularly zyada problems hain. Look at sectors closer to Noida Expressway for relatively better experiences.
What about legal recourse? Can we file a case against them for the delay?
You can file a case under RERA, but it's a long process. Be prepared for years of legal battles.
Dasnac ka toh track record hi kharab hai. Before investing, did you check their previous projects and RERA registration details?
Haan bhai, RERA check karna toh mandatory hai aajkal. But even with RERA, they find loopholes.
Exactly! RERA is there, but implementation is the issue. They just keep paying small fines and delaying.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Thankfully, my builder was relatively on time, but even then, there was a 6-month delay. It's just part of the Noida experience, I guess.
Did you try contacting the builder directly? Sometimes escalating to their higher management helps.

Bhai, you're not alone. Dasnac is notorious for delays. Which project exactly?
Totally agree yaar. Mera bhi same haal hai. EMI aur rent dono ja raha hai. It's a nightmare!
Which project are we talking about exactly? I've heard mixed reviews about Dasnac, some projects are delayed, others are relatively on time.
That's the problem, isn't it? It's like a lottery. You never know what you're gonna get.
True. I think it depends on the specific sector and the approvals they got.
