It looks great on paper, and the prices are definitely up there, ₹3.73 Cr and above. I'm wondering if it's genuinely a good place to live daily or if it's just looking good in brochures. Visited the site, the amenities seem impressive, but are they actually useful once you move in? Like, the clubhouse and pools... do people really use them often, or are they just for show?
