My wife's priority for a new 3BHK is safety and good schools, but Dattwadi's real estate prices are confusing me. Dekho, my budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. Is the current pricing for a 3BHK justified here, ya it's too high for the actual facilities? Schools aur safety ka kya scene hai? Koi negotiation scope hai kya? Kya lagta hai aapko?

Bhai, exactly! Dattwadi mein 1.2 Cr for a 3BHK feels like a stretch. My budget is similar and I'm just getting confused. Safety and schools ka scene toh samajh hi nahi aa raha.
