₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sarai Jullena seemed okay initially, but then Dawar Builders ne toh alag hi level pe le gaye. I work in real estate, so I thought I knew all the tricks, but the hidden charges are insane. PLC, extra parking, then yeh 'development charges' jo brochure mein nahi the. Matlab, booking ke time they say one thing, later it's another. Aur super area ka game toh pura alag hai; carpet area itna kam kaise ho sakta hai? Feels like they're charging for air! Has anyone else faced these surprise costs with Dawar or other builders in South Delhi like Vasant Kunj? How much did you manage to negotiate on these 'extra' charges? Really frustrating, honestly.
