DDA Freedom Fighters Enclave mein kids' amenities kaise hain?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, need a bigger 3BHK for my growing family. DDA Freedom Fighters Enclave mein kaafi options mil rahe hain, but a bit confused about the ground reality. For kids' school admission, we need a stable place. Is the children's play area actually usable and safe for daily play, ya bas naam ke liye hai? Aur clubhouse facilities, like swimming pool or indoor games, kitne functional rehte hain? Yaar, bahut projects mein dekha hai ki brochure mein sab kuch hota hai, but on ground, amenities aadhi-adhuri ya phir poorly maintained hoti hain. Especially water supply, tank capacity kitni reliable hai? Tanker pe depend toh nahi hona padega na? My wife's main priority is safety and usability for the children. Should I trust the project descriptions blindly? Any experiences?
