Honestly, I'm finding it tough to trust developer promises. For DDA Meera Apartment, my wife's priority is a safe play area for our kids. Are promised amenities actually delivered, or just on paper?

Exactly! DDA projects are old now. And the price range ₹64 L – ₹4.8 Cr is too wide for such an old project. Is it even worth considering for a first-time buyer on a budget?

Bhai, DDA Meera Apartment ka possession date 2012 hai. Us time ke projects mein 'amenities' ka matlab bas ek chhota sa park hota tha. Forget safe, modern play areas. My friend lives in a similar DDA project near Anand Vihar, and the kids just play on the road because the 'park' is barely maintained. You should visit and see the current condition yourself.
