Unhone bataya ki clubhouse initially use hota tha but ab log apne individual gyms prefer karte hain. Swimming pool aur party hall use hota hai kabhi-kabhi, especially weekends par. Maintenance charges mein cover toh hota hai but quality of service is a big question mark. 2012 possession ke baad, they haven't upgraded much, jo ki U4 ka point valid hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Aaj kal toh small builders bhi better clubhouses offer kar rahe hain. DDA ko upgrade karna chahiye across all projects, not just Meera Apartment.

U1, bhai, DDA projects mein clubhouse kaafi time bas naam ka hi hota hai. Expect mat karo 5-star feel. Maintenance mein toh cover hota hai but quality... questionable. Bahut kam projects mein actual mein top-notch facilities maintain hoti hain.
