DDA Meera Apartment ki construction quality ka kya scene hai yaar? I'm fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. But I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs and resale value if the build is just 'okay'. Builders promise so many amenities but if walls crack or seepage starts in 2-3 years, kaun dekhega? Does anyone have experience with DDA projects, especially Meera Apartment, after a few years? Does good construction quality actually pay off in the long run for investors? Or are fancy clubhouses just what attracts tenants?

Yaar, meri friend ne DDA flat liya tha Alaknanda mein, around the same time Meera Apartment ka possession tha. Pehle 3-4 saal theek tha, but then seepage started from the bathroom wall and kitchen drain. It took ages for the society to get it fixed, and the cost was huge. Bhai, bilkul sahi pakda hai. DDA projects, especially jo purane hain, unki quality ka issue rehta hai. Maintenance toh sar dard ban jaati hai.
