DDA Meera Apartment keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm looking at it purely from an investment lens, aiming for solid ROI and capital appreciation. From your experience, what's the actual capital appreciation seen here since launch? Also, what's the realistic rental yield one can expect? I'm trying to gauge the resale market liquidity; is there an active secondary market, or will it be tough to exit in 5-7 years? Honestly, not sure if the numbers really add up for long-term wealth creation.

Bhai, I had the exact same thought process. DDA Meera Apartment sounds good on paper, especially with the location. But that price range, ₹64 L to ₹4.8 Cr, makes me super confused. How can one project have such a huge difference? Doesn't feel like a solid investment if the entry point itself is so varied. Is it just me or do DDA projects generally struggle with resale value?
