Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in DDA Meera Apartment. Budget is a bit tight, so really worried about future resale. Does the construction quality hold up over time? And are the amenities really worth the premium for an investor like me? Maintenance costs kaise hain, sunne mein aata hai DDA ki societies mein bahut high hote hain.
