DDA Meera Apartment lifts are a nightmare

Been looking for 8 months. DDA Meera Apartment mein lifts ka kya scene hai? Builders high-speed bolte hain, but actual breakdowns aur maintenance response kitna slow hai? Kya real issues hain?

I completely agree with the original post. I visited DDA Meera Apartment a few months ago, and one of the lifts was out of order for the entire duration of my visit – about 2 hours. The guard said it's a common issue. Builders promise the moon, but ground reality is different. Koi actual resident

Yaar, DDA projects ka toh yahi haal hai. Meera Apartment mein lifts ka sunke tawaif lag raha hai, high-speed toh bas naam ka hota hai.
