Just got possession offer for DDA Meera Apartment, Pocket B. Honestly, as someone in real estate, I know how builders spin things. My main worry is the actual snag list post-possession. Log bolte hain initial months mein hi cracks, seepage issues start ho jaate hain. Is it really that common? Kya kya check karna chahiye before signing off? Don't want to get into endless maintenance calls right after moving in.

Totally relate, yaar! I'm also looking at DDA flats, maybe in Anand Niketan. The possession date for Meera Apartment was 2012-12-01, right? It's been so long, surely they've fixed things? But my friend got a DDA flat last year and found so many issues with wiring and plumbing. What exactly did you check when you got the offer?
Jab bhi DDA ka offer aata hai, I think it's more about the location and price point than the quality. ₹64 L for a DDA flat is still

Bhai, DDA Meera Apartment ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My cousin bought in Alaknanda DDA flats 5 years ago, same story. Initial snagging toh theek hai, but structural issues baad mein aate hain. ₹64 L se ₹4.8 Cr tak ka range hai, itna spend karke bhi tension?
