New Delhi property market feels crazy right now. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at Property Gallery vs DDA Tara Apartments. Everyone glorifies DDA Tara as 'value' but I'm skeptical about its appreciation potential for a 5-year horizon. Is it just the entry point, or does it actually deliver resale value? Property Gallery is expensive, sure, but isn't it a more solid bet long-term, especially for families? Seems like DDA projects have limited upside after a point. Change my mind.
