DDA Tara Apartments visit – real talk needed

Since last month I've been checking out DDA Tara Apartments. Price range toh thoda high hai, but location achhi lag rahi hai. I'm a first-time buyer, honestly thoda nervous hoon. Jo brochures mein dikha rahe hain, is it genuinely good for daily living? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool, gym, are they actually usable ya bas show-off? Neighbourhood quality kaisi hai, schools, markets, hospitals paas mein hain kya? Community vibe friendly hai ya isolated? Also, maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Any residents here who can share their experience?
