I'm still skeptical. Let's see how this plays out. I won't invest until I see some concrete progress.
What about the existing amenities in Wave City Center? Are they well-maintained? Anyone living there can share their experience?
So, what's the next step? Will construction start immediately? Anyone has any insider information?
Frankly, I'm just happy to see some movement. Noida's real estate market needs a boost.
Let's hope this resolution brings some relief to the affected homebuyers. Fingers crossed!
I heard the new mixed-use project will have a mall and office spaces. That could be good for the area.
Anyone has any idea about the payment plan for the restarted projects? Are they offering any discounts?
@U16 Call their sales team. They will give you all the details. But be prepared for some hard selling tactics.
@U16 Don't trust their initial offers. Negotiate hard. They always have some room for discounts.
With the increasing property rates in Noida, even delayed projects are becoming attractive. Ghar toh lena hi hai.
Is this good news for those who invested in their projects in Sector 32? Specifically, the ones near the metro station? Market value badhega?
@U18 Definitely! Metro connectivity is a huge plus. Property rates should appreciate in the long run.
@U18 Haan, I think so too. But don't expect overnight miracles. It will take time.
I booked a flat in 2016 and still haven't received possession. They keep giving excuses. Tired of following up with them.
Dekho, RERA mein complaint karo. That's the only way to get these builders moving. I did that and got some progress.
Noida Authority should be held equally responsible. They are the ones who allowed this mess to happen in the first place.
Bhai, this is Noida. Every project is delayed. Even Amrapali is still a mess. What's new?
True that! At least this one is showing some movement. Amrapali toh bhool hi jao.
@U11 Amrapali is a different story altogether. That's a pure scam. This at least has some hope.
Anyone knows what's the current rate in Wave City Center for commercial spaces? Thinking of investing.
@U14 Last I checked, it was around 12k-15k per sqft, depending on the location and floor. But verify it yourself.
@U14 Be careful. Ensure all approvals are in place before investing in commercial property. I know someone who got stuck with an unapproved shop.
Mera toh experience bahut kharab raha Wave ke saath. They promised one thing and delivered something completely different. Never again!
I invested in Wave City Center back in 2015. What about the pending registry? Will that also restart now? Kisi ko pata hai?
@U7 Registry toh mushkil lag raha hai. Pehle construction complete hone do.
@U7 Check with your lawyer. He'll be able to give you the best advice on registry matters. RERA mein complaint file kar sakte ho if they delay it further.
Sector 18 is going to be even more crowded now! The infrastructure is already strained. Parking is a nightmare.
Finally some good news! But bhai, I'll believe it when I see it. Wave ka track record is not exactly stellar. Has anyone actually got possession in Wave City?
Seriously? Another promise? I remember booking a flat in Wave Gardenia in 2014. Still waiting. Never trust these builders blindly.
1.2 lakh sqm is still a lot of land. What's the catch? I'm guessing they'll jack up the prices on the remaining projects to cover their losses.
@U3 Meri bhi yahi soch hai. Nothing is free in this world, especially in Noida's real estate market.
@U3 I think it's a good move by Noida Authority. At least something will happen now. Dead projects are worse.
Exactly! Kuch toh gadbad hai. They must be planning something to recover the 5.02 lakh sqm they gave up.
