Decoding Bengaluru's pre-launch pricing vs final bill
Visited a Saptagiri project in Dommasandra last weekend, looking at a 2BHK. Builder quoted ₹95L all-inclusive, but I know it's never 'all-inclusive'. As someone jo real estate mein kaam karta hai, I always check for hidden costs. They're pushing pre-launch offers, saying it's the best price. But is pre-launch pricing actually a discount, ya just FOMO create karte hain? My main concern is the final all-in cost breakdown – stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and especially interiors. Super area vs carpet area ka game toh pata hai, but how much do these extras really add up to in Bengaluru? Does anyone have recent experience with Saptagiri's final costs or similar pre-launch projects? What's the real difference between the brochure price and what you actually end up paying? Any advice on spotting the true value?
