Is Deenpur's resale market actually as liquid as brokers claim? I'm looking to downsize from my big house now that the kids are out, maybe a compact 2BHK there. But honestly, I'm worried about getting my money out later. Everyone talks about the 'potential' with UER-II and DDA projects nearby, but nobody mentions if there's real buyer interest for resale flats. I'm seeing listings just sitting. Are people really investing for end-use or just hoping for quick flips? Shouldn't a good investment mean easy exit? Or am I just old-fashioned? Tell me if you've actually sold a 2BHK there recently without huge discounts.

Yaar, I completely agree with the OP. Deenpur ka naam toh bahut sunte hain, especially from brokers, but jab actual resale ki baat aati hai, toh sab chup ho jaate hain. I'm also looking for a 2BHK, budget is a major concern. Don't want to get stuck.
