Deepak Green Residency: Amenities and charges, is it worth it?

Visited Deepak Green Residency last weekend, honestly not sure about the hype. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 10, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. The premium is huge. Clubhouse facilities looked impressive, but are they used daily ya bas show-off? And the maintenance charges? Are they actually justified for the service quality, ya sirf papers pe hain? Is the price jump really worth it for these amenities and the overall experience? Confused.
